SenseBook Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and sensesoma for your use of SenseBook. By accessing or using SenseBook, you agree to these Terms and to the SenseBook Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use SenseBook.

SenseBook is an interactive book for reflective reading, self-inquiry, writing, and conversation. It may include chapters, questions, private responses, community features, account features, subscriptions, and optional guided or AI-supported experiences.

SenseBook is not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis support, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. Content in SenseBook is provided for reflection and education only.

If you may harm yourself or someone else, or if you are experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support service immediately.

• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• If you use Google sign-in, you authorize SenseBook to use basic Google account information for authentication and account access as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.

You keep ownership of reflections, answers, notes, comments, questions, and other content you create in SenseBook. You grant sensesoma a limited license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve SenseBook.

If you choose to publish content or share it in a community space, you allow SenseBook to display that content to the audience selected by the relevant feature.

• Do not use SenseBook to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.
• Do not post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or intentionally misleading content.
• Do not upload malware, probe systems, bypass access controls, or interfere with service operation.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute SenseBook content or product access without written permission.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.

SenseBook may offer paid access, subscriptions, or paid features. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation options, taxes, and refund rules are shown at checkout or by the relevant payment provider. Payment providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.

SenseBook, sensesoma, product design, software, chapters, prompts, marks, logos, and related materials are owned by sensesoma or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of SenseBook or permission to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from SenseBook materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.

SenseBook may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, email, storage, and AI-supported features. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. SenseBook is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

SenseBook may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, content, availability, or pricing. If a change materially affects paid access, we will provide notice where required by law or by the relevant payment provider rules.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, or used SenseBook unlawfully. You may stop using SenseBook at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

SenseBook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that SenseBook will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, sensesoma disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, sensesoma will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of SenseBook.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws that apply to the operator of SenseBook in its place of establishment, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location provide otherwise.
