Who We Are

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication provider identifier if you create an account or sign in with Google or another provider.
  • Practice information you choose to create or save, such as selected paths, progress, settings, timer preferences, notes, reflections, and completion history.
  • Subscription and payment status from payment providers if paid access is offered. We do not receive full payment card numbers.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, app version, pages viewed, feature events, cookies, local storage, and server logs.
  • Messages you send to us, including support requests and email communication.

Local Storage and Sync

SenseTouch is designed to keep practice simple and private. Some information may be stored locally on your device or browser. If account, backup, or sync features are enabled, the information needed for those features may be stored through our service providers.

How We Use Information

  • To create, authenticate, and maintain your SenseTouch account if account features are enabled.
  • To save practice progress, preferences, notes, reminders, and settings you choose to use.
  • To provide subscriptions, support, security, abuse prevention, and service notifications.
  • To understand whether the product is working correctly and improve reliability, accessibility, and user experience.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Google Sign-In and Google User Data

If you choose Google sign-in, SenseTouch requests basic Google account information needed for authentication: your name, email address, profile image, and Google account ID. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other private Google services.

  • We use Google user data only to sign you in, identify your account, prevent duplicate accounts, and send important account-related messages.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit eligibility, or unrelated profiling.
  • We do not use Google user data or private SenseTouch content to train public AI models.
  • We transfer Google user data only to service providers that help us operate SenseTouch, when required by law, for security purposes, or with your explicit consent.

You can review or revoke SenseTouch access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Service Providers

SenseTouch may use providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, email, storage, diagnostics, and security. These providers are used to operate the product and are expected to handle data only for the services they provide to us.

We do not sell private practice information, notes, reflections, or account information.

When Information Is Shared

  • With service providers that host, secure, analyze, deliver, or support SenseTouch.
  • When necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or enforce our Terms.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections for user information.
  • With your explicit consent or at your direction.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account information and saved practice data for as long as needed to provide SenseTouch, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and keep reliable backups. You may request deletion of your account and associated content by emailing hi@sensesoma.xyz.

Some records may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, payment records, or legal records where retention is necessary.

Your Choices

  • You can update or delete practice data inside the product where those controls are available.
  • You can clear local browser or device storage using your browser, operating system, or app settings.
  • You can unsubscribe from non-essential email using the link in the message or by contacting us.
  • You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password or secure sign-in method and keep access to your email account protected.

Children

SenseTouch is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to SenseTouch, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

International Processing

SenseTouch may be operated through service providers in different countries. By using SenseTouch, you understand that information may be processed where we and our providers operate, subject to applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy as SenseTouch changes. If an update is material, we will provide notice through the product, by email, or by another reasonable method.
