SenseTouch Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and sensesoma for your use of SenseTouch. By accessing or using SenseTouch, you agree to these Terms and to the SenseTouch Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use SenseTouch.

SenseTouch is a self-guided somatic practice app for body awareness, breath, attention, reflection, and simple step-by-step practice. It may include practice paths, timers, instructions, saved progress, reminders, account features, subscriptions, and optional guided or AI-supported experiences.

SenseTouch is not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis support, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. Content in SenseTouch is provided for reflection, education, and self-guided practice only.

If you may harm yourself or someone else, or if you are experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support service immediately.

• Practice gently and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, panic, shortness of breath, or other distress.
• Do not use SenseTouch while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires active attention to safety.
• Consult a qualified health professional before using breath, body, or meditation practices if you have a medical condition, trauma history, pregnancy, or other concern.
• You are responsible for deciding whether a practice is appropriate for your current body, environment, and state.

• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• If you use Google sign-in, you authorize SenseTouch to use basic Google account information for authentication and account access as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.

You keep ownership of notes, reflections, practice records, preferences, and other content you create in SenseTouch. You grant sensesoma a limited license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve SenseTouch.

• Do not use SenseTouch to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.
• Do not post or transmit unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or intentionally misleading content.
• Do not upload malware, probe systems, bypass access controls, or interfere with service operation.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute SenseTouch content or product access without written permission.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.

SenseTouch may offer paid access, subscriptions, or paid features. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation options, taxes, and refund rules are shown at checkout or by the relevant payment provider. Payment providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.

SenseTouch, sensesoma, product design, software, practice paths, instructions, marks, logos, and related materials are owned by sensesoma or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of SenseTouch or permission to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from SenseTouch materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.

SenseTouch may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, email, storage, diagnostics, security, and AI-supported features. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. SenseTouch is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

SenseTouch may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, content, availability, or pricing. If a change materially affects paid access, we will provide notice where required by law or by the relevant payment provider rules.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, or used SenseTouch unlawfully. You may stop using SenseTouch at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

SenseTouch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that SenseTouch will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, sensesoma disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, sensesoma will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, health outcomes, practice outcomes, or business opportunities arising from your use of SenseTouch.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws that apply to the operator of SenseTouch in its place of establishment, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location provide otherwise.
